- 1 Glass Cooking oil
- Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- tbsp Lemon juice
- 1-2 Yolk
- Mustard powder (Optional)
- Saffron
Remove the raw materials from the refrigerator to reach room temperature and brew the saffron. Saffron
Separate the egg yolks, add the mustard powder and chopped garlic and pour into a bowl. Then add the saffron and lemon juice and then mix them all.
Garlic, 1-2 Yolk, Mustard powder, Saffron, tbsp Lemon juice
Stir the mixture regularly and add the oil at the same time. For a better taste, you can use a combination of olive oil and ordinary oil.
1 Glass Cooking oil, 2 tbsp Olive oil
Continue to stir and add the oil until the mixture is firm and ready to use.
