  • 1 Salmon fish
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Sour lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Butter
  • Saffron (How to Use Saffron)
  • Salt, black pepper and coriander seeds


  • First, you need to chop the fish to the desired size, rinse it well, and put it in the filter to drain the excess water. You can also use a napkin to dry the fish.

  • Chop the onion finely, cut the garlic into rings, cut the lemon in half, and squeeze the juice.
    Now put the fish in a tray or bowl and massage it well with onion, garlic, lemon juice, spices, olive oil, and a little saffron, and then put the desired dish in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to taste.

  • Grease the inside of the grill pan with a bit of butter or oil, then place the fish in the grill pan on the skin side and let both sides of the fish fry.
    Then place the fish on a plate and serve with a spoon or rice.

  • You can also use the oven for cooking fish:
    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Then place the saffron salmon in a Pyrex dish and cover it with foil. Then make a few holes in the foil and place the dish in a preheated oven for 35 minutes to cook.
    Finally, remove the foil and turn on the grill for further roasting.
