How to Make Saffron Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 1 Glass Cooking oil
- Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1-2 Yolk
- Mustard powder (Optional)
- Saffron
Instructions
- Remove the raw materials from the refrigerator to reach room temperature and brew the saffron.Saffron
- Separate the egg yolks, add the mustard powder and chopped garlic and pour into a bowl. Then add the saffron and lemon juice and then mix them all.Garlic, 1-2 Yolk, Mustard powder, Saffron, 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Stir the mixture regularly and add the oil at the same time. For a better taste, you can use a combination of olive oil and ordinary oil.1 Glass Cooking oil, 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Continue to stir and add the oil until the mixture is firm and ready to use.
