  • 1 Glass Cooking oil
  • Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1-2 Yolk
  • Mustard powder (Optional)
  • Saffron


  • Remove the raw materials from the refrigerator to reach room temperature and brew the saffron.
  • Separate the egg yolks, add the mustard powder and chopped garlic and pour into a bowl. Then add the saffron and lemon juice and then mix them all.
    Garlic, 1-2 Yolk, Mustard powder, Saffron, 2 tbsp Lemon juice

  • Stir the mixture regularly and add the oil at the same time. For a better taste, you can use a combination of olive oil and ordinary oil.
    1 Glass Cooking oil, 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Continue to stir and add the oil until the mixture is firm and ready to use.
